We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Returns and exchange details
We do not accept refunds due to the nature of our products being personalised and custom made to order.
We will however correct any issues, using the most time efficient solution.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must make contact within 24 hours of receiving your item and we will require the original product to be returned (at our cost) and once proof of shipment has been provided, we will send out a replacement or await for the original for engraving issues. In the event the wrong coloured removeable components of the item are incorrect or damaged, we will ship replacement components straight away.
Please note, we follow Australian law requirements so refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
Cancellation policy
We aim to turn our orders around quickly, so will start cutting orders as soon as they come in, in most cases. As our items are custom made, we have a 50% restocking cancellation fee if cancelled within 12 hours and a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled after this time.
All orders are final once placed. Requests for changes, unless acknowledged prior to beginning processing, cannot be accepted due to the delays these cause.
